Most companies don’t have a communication problem. They have a clarity problem.
They know what they sell. They don’t know why anyone should care.
I’ve seen this pattern across 30 years, from adv agency in Milan to managing communications for a multi-company group today. The brief changes. The mistake doesn’t.
Before you spend another euro on content, ads, or a new website, answer this:
Can your best salesperson explain your competitive advantage in one sentence, without using the word “quality”?
If the answer is no, no communication budget will fix that. And investing more without fixing the underlying clarity problem is simply spending faster.
That’s where strategy starts.
It starts with being able to say, in one clear sentence, what makes you different and why that difference matters to the people you’re trying to reach. Without that, even the best storytelling has nothing to build on.
Need help finding the clarity that no budget can buy? Let’s talk.
